Thank you for choosing Preciosa Spa for your wellness needs. We strive to provide the highest quality service and ensure a pleasant experience for all our customers. To make your visit as smooth as possible, we kindly ask you to review our policies below:
Refund Policy: At Preciosa Spa, we have a strict 'no refund' policy for purchases made if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to choose your treatments and services carefully. However, we do comply with the New Zealand Consumer Law and will provide refunds when required by law.
Appointment Cancellation: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To accommodate your needs and allow us to assist other clients, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or fail to attend the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Deposits: Please note that deposits paid for treatments are non-refundable. However, you have the flexibility to utilize your deposits for other treatments or purchase products at Preciosa Spa.
Pre-paid Treatments: If you choose to pre-pay for treatments, you can enjoy the benefits of our pre-payment schedule, which offers savings. It's important to note that pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to other individuals or treatment areas. These pre-pay have a 6-month expiry date. In case you need to cancel a pre-paid appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or do not attend, the treatment will be forfeited.
Standard Promotion Terms and Conditions: For our promotional offerings, please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
Promotional pricing is only applicable to new bookings made and paid for in full during the promotion period and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer.
Pre-payment or purchase is required to avail of the promotional price.
Treatment packages cannot be split between multiple individuals.
All promotional offers are subject to availability, and Preciosa Spa reserves the right to end the sale or offer at any time without prior notification or advertisement.
The promotion pricing only applies to the specified treatments and excludes all other treatments and products listed in the Preciosa Spa treatment and pricing guide or on our website.
There is a strict 'no refund' policy on pre-paid packages and promotions.
During promotions, discounts are applied to single prices only and cannot be applied to prepaid sessions or other packages.
By purchasing our pre-paid treatments or availing of our promotions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
