How the Program Works
You will attend one 30-minute instructional session per month, and each session teaches you 5 new exercises specifically designed to close diastasis.
Between visits, you practice your exercises at home daily for one month.

Month 1 – Foundation (First 5 Exercises)
Your first 30-minute session includes:
Assessment of abdominal separation
Teaching your first 5 foundation exercises
Deep core activation + postpartum breathing
Guidance on how to perform your exercises safely at home
Movements to avoid so the gap doesn’t worsen
You will practice this routine for one full month at home.
Month 2 – Strength Progression (Next 5 Exercises)
Your second 30-minute session includes:
Review of Month 1 progress
Correction of technique
Learning the next 5 progressive exercises
Adding light resistance safely
Core + pelvic floor coordination
You return home and follow this new routine for another month.
Month 3 – Closure Phase (Final 5 Exercises)
Your third 30-minute session includes:
The final 5 advanced exercises
Functional core training for lifting, bending & daily movement
Support for C-section tension and scar sensitivity
